Pro-Fit takes custom fabrication to new heights

Pro-Fit has been very busy in the custom import/bike/demo vehicle scene worldwide. So busy in fact, that this is our first website update in quite a long time. Check out what we've been working on...

Custom 2007 Hayabusa and trailer

Built for the famous Japanese custom shop 6186 MOTORING. This impressive bike sports a custom fabricated turbo system, 10" over swing arm, 300 series rear wheel and tire, custom paint, and polished/chromed/anodized and powdercoated parts throughout. The bike made its debut at the 2007 SIS (Special Import Show) in Tokyo, Japan.

The trailer features a custom built fully automatic ascend/descend/tilt motion rack to secure the bike. A 37" LCD monitor mounted on a linear rack and pinion movement provides advertising space. A full marine sound system includes a DVD player, TVX hard drive media player and Memphis Audio marine speakers. The trailer sports custom 20" Asanti 3-piece modular wheels and custom paint and graphics.

The all new Pro-Fit Automatic Fuel Cap Locking System debuts at SEMA 2007

Pro-Fit has teamed up with DEFENDERWORX at the 2007 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, Nevada USA to display the next generation in fuel cap locking systems. The new product has already been showcased in Primedia's new Heavy Hitters Magazine.

Yokohama Japan calls on Pro-Fit to build a demo vehicle

When the famed tire manufacturer Yokohama wanted to debut their new SPEC-X tire to the world, they came halfway around the world to the fabricators at Pro-Fit to build them a truly unique demo vehicle.

Custom 2006 Nissan Murano

The Murano sports a custom fabricated, linear actuated rack that holds two 24" SPEC-X wheels and tires. The rack automatically opens the rear hatch and slides the two wheels smoothly into view. The front fenders are outfitted with a pop-and-rotate motion to display the SPEC-X tread pattern. The bottom half of the rear tail light automatically slides out to reveal a brochure holder. To handle the ride, a custom Universal Air USA suspension system was installed.

The Chrysler 300C is a great luxury car. Unfortunately, its gas cap is not secured by a lock. No worries though, because Pro-Fit has created a system just for this vehicle.

Here's a sneak peak at the all new automatic fuel cap locking system for the venerable 2005-up Ford Mustang. The locking system features an all billet construction.
