If your vehicle is not listed, that does not necessarily mean you are out of luck. Only the highest quality materials are used in our fuel door kits. Sure it costs more, but the results speak for themselves. Only 319 and A356 virgin aluminum is used for our precision cast fuel doors. For our billet aluminum fuel doors, only 6061 T6 virgin aluminum will do. For our stainless steel parts, we only use 303 and 304 stainless steel. You will never see a Pro-Fit linear fuel door manufactured from cheap die-cast metal.

Each and every Pro-Fit fuel door is fitted and function-tested by hand. Our fuel doors are 100% hand-built using matched components. These are not mass-produced products. And because of this, we have become the fuel door of choice for the discriminating customer.

Pro-Fit fuel doors come in three (3) basic types: Electric Locking, Manual Locking and Manual Non-locking. All fuel doors feature our patented "pop out and rotate" linear mechanism.

Electric Locking

Our top of the line type, it can be triggered open via a small switch mounted within the passenger compartment. For customers with alarm systems in their vehicles, the fuel door can also be triggered via your alarm remote provided you have a spare alarm channel. It uses a heavy duty automotive actuator. This is the fuel door of choice for many show car and demo vehicles.

Manual Locking

The manual locking fuel door uses a high security barrel lock and unique key. It's very easy to install and uses no electrical components.

Manual Non-locking

The manual non-locking fuel door actually has built-in locking capabilities. It's very difficult to open without the supplied key wrench. It's our most affordable fuel door. It's the easiest to install, and opens with a supplied billet machined aluminum key wrench.
